We want you to love your Lib’s Ceramics piece. If you’re not completely happy, here’s how we can help:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Please contact us at libs.ceramics@gmail.com within 7 days to arrange a return.

If your order arrives damaged, email us at libs.ceramics@gmail.com within 7 days with photos. We’ll arrange a refund or replacement.

Custom and personalized pieces are final sale, unless damaged in transit.

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
